QPC launch Contact Now™ hosted Oracle Contact Center Anywhere multimedia contact platform
MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA 13TH JANUARY, 2010: QPC today announced that in partnership with Oracle it has made available the QPC Contact Now™ hosted contact management platform.

Based on Oracle Contact Center Anywhere (CCA), with an NEC IP telephony platform, QPC Contact Now™ is a highly scalable, multichannel contact centre solution that enables organisations to communicate more effectively with their customers.

QPC Contact Now™ enables routing, queuing, and distribution of phone calls, e-mail, chat, fax and Web communications to agents anywhere in the enterprise, whether in the contact centre, a remote location, or at home. It also provides interactive voice response (IVR), preview and predictive dialling and call recording for completely unified contact centre communications.
